● USER AGREEMENT
1.1. Use of the service is governed by the terms of the agreement, which must be read and understood.

● BookiHack SERVICE
2.1. The content (including products) relating to the Site and the
BookiHack service is for personal, non-commercial use without publication, transfer or sharing.
2.2. Bypassing, removing, modifying, deactivating, impairing or violating the content protection in the service, as well as decompiling, reverse engineering and disassembling any software and other products or processes is prohibited.
● MAIN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Administration of the project
BookiHack (hereinafter - the administration) is not responsible for improper use of the service.
3.2. This site and all information and materials contained herein are provided on an "as is" basis.
3.3.The administration and partners of the project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other kind of damages (including any kind of blocking) from the use or inability to use the purchased goods and materials or functionality of this site.
3.4. The user has the right to contact technical support with any questions about the purchase and operation of the products.
3.5. The Administration reserves the right to block any subscription, key or account for violation of the terms of the agreement without explanation. When an account is blocked, its owner has the right to contact technical support.
3. 6. Undetect status does not give a 100% guarantee protection from bans, using any cheats possible ban.
● REFUNDING
4.1. Refunds are available when:
- the software subscription has not been activated;
- purchased item from the first launch does not work. It is checked personally by the administration.
4.2. Refunds will NOT be made if:
- version of the OS on the user PC does not meet product requirements;
- the user bought the wrong product;
- the operation of the purchased software has been suspended for some or indefinite period of time for some reason;
- the user bought software, access to the use of which was blocked;
- an attempt was made to hack the software Launcher;
- the user tried to use the product at a guest, computer club, and other similar places on someone else's PC;
- In the event of a closing/detection product;
4.3. Compensation may be made only if the administration deems it necessary.
● GENERAL RULES FOR TELEGRAM CHAT
1.1. In the chat is strictly prohibited sale of game keys, hyfts, accounts, etc. items (exceptions only with the permission of the CheaSide administration)
1.2.It is forbidden to resell/exchange between users already active subscriptions.
1.3. Forbidden links to third-party servers Discord / Sites / Groups Vkontakte and others.
1.4. Discussion and/or reference to third-party projects is prohibited.
1.5. Any advertising content is prohibited, except with the permission of the Administration.
1.6. Be respectful of other members of the community.
1.7. It is forbidden to insult (in any form) the Administration / Users / Community Guests (User will be blacklisted, keep your emotions to yourself).
1.8. It is forbidden to sell anything in chat.
1.9. Forbidden to discuss the technical part / bugs of the software in the general chat, for this there is technical support.
1.10. Discussion of Political/Religious topics is prohibited.
Let's respect each other and the site where you and other users come to play and talk. The site administration reserves the right to remove comments or parts of comments if they do not meet these requirements.
You may be given a warning if you break the rules. In some cases, a ban may be given without warning. On the removal of the ban to write to the administrator.
